A recorded message claim that i can lower my interest rate, and must press 1 to speak with someone. Pressing 1 does lead to a live person that hangs up when you tell them to unsubscribe / stop calling. I've been getting these calls for years - different numbers, but same scam.

It was an automated message offering to lower your credit card interest rate message to 4.00% APR solicitation. To learn more I was instructed to dial 1.

Since this was clearly a scam trying to obtain my personal information. When I informed them that my phone number is on the Do Not Call List I was hung up on several times.

I did not give them any personal information.
