Robocall for credit card interest rate reduction. This has happened many times before from this number. I selected '1' as directed to speak to an agent to ask them to take my number off. When an agent gets on the line, they ask you if you are interested in credit interest rate reduction. If you say anything other than 'yes' they hang up on you. I called the number back and got message that is was being spoofed.

On an earlier call than the dates listed, I believe they said credit card refinancing but I don't completely recall. All the calls since then have been dead air. I called the number back and a message said the number had been spoofed. Because I don't know who the caller is, I cannot be 100% certain my answers to Q 12 and 13 are correct but I have no reason to believe the answers are Yes.

A recoreded message starts when I pick up the phone. "This is Ann from card services. Do you want to lower your interest rate? Please stay on the line for one of our associates". I then get a person on the line and ask them to remove my number from their list and stop calling me.
