"Tasha" from "Visa/MasterCard" called offering to lower our credit card interest rate to 6.9%, but as we pay our cards off every month and carry no balance, we "did not qualify". Who are these people and how did they know our names and home phone number???? We are on the DO NOT CALL list.

"Stella" offered to lower the interest rate on my credit card. When I expressed interest she asked for my credit card number. It would take either a fool or a thief to expect people to pass out credit card numbers over open phone lines.

Something to do with credit card interest charges - well they don't even know where a hole in the ground is to squat as we have NO credit cards; therefore, NO interest charges - stayed on hold after punched in "1" and the living a.. holes couldn't even have decency to answer the phone.
