Call incessantly...all day and night. Just hang ups.

Calls up to 20 times per day, 7 days per week,for past two weeks. Hangs up when i answer. When i returned call,identifies company as IT Services, yet has no way to stop automated calls? Reported to Do Not Call Registry.
