This number keeps calling several times each day. Caller ID says Unknown Name. When I answer, they hang up. I would like to sue them for harassment as the calls come at all hours of the day and evening. If I could learn their personal phone numbers, I'd forward their calls directly back to them. Reporting to the FTC and FCC is useless. Can anyone help stop such abusive conduct?

Caller's name was Selena and she works for VIP Vacations. They are selling vacation packages. Claimed she got my information because I was involved in a timeshare (even though I have never been involved in a timeshare). She had my correct email address but couldn't tell me which city I lived in. Would not email me the details of the vacation deal, but did point me to a website describing the deal.
