Number 702-309-2473 still manages to call even though its blocked???

Caller would not identify himself - and said it's only been 10 seconds into this call. I asked him again to identify himself and his company and what he wanted - and he kept talking - no information but frustration that I was rushing him. I told him I was going to have to hang up - and he yelled "I WISH YOU WOULD" I hung up. He called my workplace and asked for me by name. Creepy agressive caller and a bully.
