The recorded messages states there is a new federal program which will allow homeowners to reduce their electric bills by 30 to 50% At the end of the message there are two options, 1 to schedule a visit and 5 to be removed from their list. On a number of previous calls, I have waited to the end to opt-out. Today I selected 1, but when the call was routed to an operator and I asked to be taken off the list, the call was disconnected. These robo-calls happen almost daily and as today often more than once a day.
