On 7-6-16, I received another call from Aiden Martinez from Certified Documents Deliveries, which I missed. Aiden left a message, very similar to the last one. They had been retained to deliver sealed documents, 3 failed attempts will result in..., tracking number, home or business, call 855-415-4518, yadda yadda yadda,At the end of this one he actually told me "God Bless you". I did not buy any creams or any such thing, and as far as I know, I have no legal case pending against me. So no idea why I'm receiving these BS calls.

Called cellphone at 7:33 am did not leave a message

He claims to be a process server and that he wants to confirm you will be home. Tells you that is confidential documents and then gives you a scam 866 number and bogus court number that he explains is DA000000 and says D as in district and A as in attorney. This guy called my work and cell. This is the 2nd time in 2 months these jokers have tried to scam. They even pulled my credit report and tried to tell me they had a right to. That's how they got my info on address and phone number. They try to threaten you with a law suit if you don't pay some bogus past due bill. They are liars, cannot provide any documents, use words like contracts that they can't provide, nothing ever gets sent to you, with the exception of a document they created with a fake address that they want you to sign, no one ever comes to "serve" you and they try to scare you with words like sue, attorney, lawsuit, subpoena...yet they can't give you any real accurate info except what the stole, usually outdated and inaccurate. They want you to pay right then through western union or your credit card, still pressure you to ensure you don't send a check. Such a scam. These jerks need to go down. Also may use a 310 area code by the name of Michael wells.

Received 2 calls. Both left voice messages (indicating that my elderly parent needs) to call a different number 866-557-6589. I called that number and got a very uncooperative person who would not explain what the business is. I'm sure it's a scam. They threaten legal action to be served at the address associated with the phone number.
