Pretended to be a previous mortgage prospect from three months ago that I'd asked to call back and then switched into a sales call about positioning myself for my clients... Lying to get someone to listen to them to give their pitch is definitely unethical/a shady business practice. He said his name was "Philip Morden" if that's his real name...

THEY ARE TELEMARKETERS and refuse to give out company name , they call and hang up all the time, today is first day they left a message,(guy named philip) I called back again to tell them to stop calling, kid said philip is not there and he is the answering service. I asked him company name, he didnt know, I asked for the name of the answering service he works for he didnt know that either
