The message said that this was my last notification to obtain a lower interest rate on my credit card, and to press 1 to speak with an operator. When I am connected the person asks if I have at least $3000 in outstanding credit card debt. If I answer No, they hang up on me. When some of these recorded messages instruct me to press 3 if I want to be placed on their DO NOT CALL list, I always do so.
I only have one credit card, a VISA with JP Morgan Chase. My Libertyville branch has asured me multiple times that it is NOT them who is calling.
These credit snakes are using temporary telephone numbers, which cannot be called back. Please help. Douglas F. Reed

Msg is my credit card rate (no specifics given) can be lowered if I "hit 1 now." None of the phone numbers that appear on Caller ID work when try to call back. They don't leave a msg. I don't know who it is so don't know if I have a relationship with them

Lower your credit card rates, then press 1. When I pressed be3casue I am really sick and tired of these call, sometimes I get 2 or 3 a day, I told the person on the line that this was a scam and he answered "you are raping little boys!" how sick is this going to get? Please help in stopping this. Thank you.

This place is phishing for credit card info. They will not tell the name & address of their company or how to get off their calling list. The info I found (below) shows this number is serviced by SPRINT. Contacted SPRINT & they wouldn't even check to see if this is one of their customers, needless to say I willl NEVER be a SPRINT customer. Ended up with SPRINT Fraud dept & he just transferred me to a automated menu that had absolutely nothing to do with this type of activity. SPRINT is as big a waste as the scammers on the other end of this number. Spread the word.

Account services wants to lower my credit card interest rate. Press one for live operator. No opt out number provided. Pressed one and asked to be taken off of list, they hung up on me. REceieved about 10 of these calls this week.
