They state that they are calling about my "credit card" (very general). And they say there is nothing wrong my my account, but they are offering a "rate reduction" for my credit card. That is all in the per-recorded message, then I press 1 to talk with someone... That's when I ask to be removed from their call list and that's when they just hang up on me.

It was a message claiming to be able to help lower my interest rates and bills. I have asked them 3 times to stop calling and I usually get hung up on. Prior complaint was Case # 11-T00831184-1

I spoke to them once, caller claimed 2work 4 my credit card company. Were phishing 4 my CC numbers by supplying partial info to get me to fill in rest. I also called credit card company to report.

I have reported this agency before, but they are still calling very frequently. Automated message from "Card Holder Services" stating this is my "final offer" to lower my credit card interest rates. They state that they have sent multiple notices to my residence. ... I have no credit cards. I have "pressed 3 to discontinue further calls" as well as pressed "1" to speak with a representative. I have asked them to tell me my name, address, where they got my credit card information, etc. They immediately hang up when questioned. I received the same call on my home number just half an hour later. I have also searched for the number via Yahoo! and there are over 100 reports of others having similar issues. This is obviously a scam.
