Calling "on behalf of AT&T" to update service. It's a scam.
Never say anything, just keep calling
They are calling at my job; I'm a church secretary. They keep asking for the owner of the Spectrum account. Of course at first, I relayed the information to my pastor when he came in. Then, since he's been out of town, I have been telling them that he is not in the office today etc. They call every single day. Sometimes, when they hear that it is still me answering the phone, they hang up and/or don't say anything then hang up. So, today, I decided to search their number up online. I am finding that there are others that are entering a claim of fradulent behavior. I then called their number back only to find the automated system calls out a different number as being unavailable to take my call and that I can leave a voicemail. (In the most respectful way yet stern; I asked them not to call back again).
