Caller: Advanced Capital Solutions
Collection agency that calls without an ID and does not leave a message. May be a Portfolio Recovery Services number from a throw away magic jack account. Does not ID when called back. The best thing to do is just let call control reject calls from these bottom feeding wastes of skin and bones.
