Called twice in 60 minutes and was asked both times to remove number as it is on Do Not Call List, still calls and now gets annoying sounds blasted at them.

Called asking for a specific person by name but was told that they weren't taking calls. It is a bogus survey company that is actually based out of India and is using the Nevada based number illegally. The number that they called is on the Do Not Call List and has been since it's creation yet this still gets through. It is high time that the FCC either start enforcing this program or we the people need to be given the authority to take control over these bullshit artists ourselves. I have many ways that I could eliminate this issue so what is the next step?
