email stating my account was going to be charge $499.99 for Norton via the geek squad but came from a gmail account. I do not even have Norton!!!

I received the following email:

This the same phisher that was using a California number with a Miami address where the 2 street names are located in 2 different areas and the zip code is the Miami Police Dept.
