this number called my cell phone even though I am on the no call list!!

was a recorded message soliciting lower rates on my current account. sounds like it could be phishing. they give you the opportunity to press 2 to opt out of future calls, but they still call.

tired of this number calling with their stupid recording about lowing interest rate...unable to block #

My cell phone is on the do not call list. This is the second call from them. They finally quit calling the house line.
