I received the call today at 1:29 pm....caller ID stated Cell Phone, NV 702-520-2361. Like all of you they told me that they were from my credit card company and they wanted to lower my rates to 5.99% because my rates were all above 9%. I asked what credit card and they stated Chase visa and mastercard, Sears, and a few more that I actually have, although I didn't tell him that...I just listened. He then told me that he needed me to give him the expiration date on my cards...say, WHAT?! I then said to him that I never give secure information like that over the phone unless I have directly called the person. I then stated, what is your phone number for the credit card company you work for so I can call you back....CLICK! And that was the end of that phone call...this is bad...the FBI needs to be told...
