Offering to lower my credit card interest rate for outstanding balances >$3000. I said, "I do not have..." and the Indian guy hung up on me before I finished my sentence. Before I started talking he said he represented major banks such as Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Citi, etc.

To lower credit card interest. They have been doing this a few times a week for many months. Have pressed #3 to discontinue but to no avail. Spoken several time to their "reps" asking to be removed but they 100% of the time hang up on me.

These calls are already outlawed! My phone rings off the hook from these illegal callers.
So do you really think and believe that if guns are outlawed we would be safe? I for one am not that stupid! I've called 911 before for help and they never showed up. Thank god for my neighbor and "her" weapon....
If anything is outlawed don't depend on the government to take over to protect you even from phone calls! let alone a rapist or child molester... you can remain ignorant but I'm not...
