A third of the time, the messages speak of a discount on my electricity utility bills (i do not have such bills in my name and I certainly do not use my cellular phone for utilities, anyway). Another third, they make promises of eligibility in a million-dollar sweepstakes (i have never entered such thing). The last third, they have a completely vague message about money-saving opportunities. All the calls lead to a menu that is unresponsive, no call leaves a company name.
