This # is someone leaving msgs. about "this is your last chance, about driving without a car warranty" Or very similiar to this. There is a write up in our newspaper in Elyria, OH........The NY Congressman, now Sen. Charles Schumer of NY wants a Federal investigation into these warranty calls.

ALSO, WHEN YOU DIAL THE # BACK TO BE PLACED ON THEIR DO NOT CALL LIST, THEY STILL CALL YOU---OVER AND OVER AND OVER!!

i get a call from these idiots about three times a week. Someone has to do something about these guys calling people and claiming that my warranty is ready to expire. I just purchased a BRAND NEW car three months ago and there is no way in hell that my warranty is expiring. The worst part about this is they're calling my cell phone and sometimes it's as late as 10pm. I really would like to know how they got my cell number.

These people call at least twice a week stating my factory warrenty on my car has expired. I don't even have a factory warrenty on my old car. Very annoying.

I repetitiously recieve this phone call about my expired warranty on my vehicle, even after I go through the process of removing my number from thier call list. This isn't the only number they use to contact me. If I ask any question to the rep on the other end that would potentialy pull back the curtain they hang up on me. Which leads me to believe that this is a scam! Don't be fooled by these leaches. The other reason I know this to be unsavory is the fact I no longer have a car!

Received this telephone call today about an expiring car warranty, this is the second notice. Not likely as I don't own a car!!!

got the same call twice: pressed 2 to not get a call back, then they called from a different number: i spoke to the representative and said not to call my phone again, and all he did was ask for what type of car i have and hung up.
