They called today and it wasn't to a cell phone but our office which is a law firm!!! Even though I identified we are a law firm they still tried to speak with the attorney that the AT&T account is through saying they needed the phone information to do an upgrade to the optics! I clearly knew what they are up to and refused to transfer them and said they could talk with me saying they could only speak with the person the account was through. Dumb people didn't they think they needed the account person's name?
I have received several calls from this number for at least 3 months, so today I answer, lady stated she wanted to talk to the person in charge, and that she's calling from AT&T, and they will be installing new lines in my area, so I stated to her, if you're calling from AT&T, Why the area code show you're calling from Las Vegas, then she stated oh, I see you have only one line. SPAM CALL.
Says they want to speak to the person in charge of the AT&T account regarding a change taking place on the network next month.
