after repeated calls, sent a text that appears to be T-Mobile, with a code they ask you to read back. somehow managed to access sim card, and disconnected my S4. T-Mobile customer service verified that hijacked and card, was being used for 100s if dollars of international calls. T-Mobile corrected my bill, and it's investigating as is the local police dept. beware, another foreign idiot....
