Vision Telecom is a scam agency. Don't take their calls. I work a switchboard, I've had several employees ask me specifically not to transfer calls to them from this company. We have caller ID and I disconnect the call when I see them. Without fail, right after disconnecting, I get calls that show up on caller ID as 1, +1, 0, +0, +123456789. This is Vision Telecom trying to disguise their ID. So I disconnect those as well.

They wanted to "Fix a computer problem" they claim I have, which is not true. I have never contacted anyone regarding a computer problem. My computer is relatively new.
