As an owner of a company that follows ethical behavior, client attentiveness and is also an Accredited BBB member with a top scores, I was contacted by a sales member of this company and was told that they wanted to secure a guaranteed 150k of business in my city and state where I work for my L.L.C.. They just required me to cut them a sizable check if they called me back to include me in their choice of contractors. After I showed some expected reservations on just sending out blind money to unfamiliar organizations, they transferred me to a supervisor to try to "Close the Deal". I explained to him that because of my high rating from the BBB I get calls like this all the time and not really willing to pay for a service offered by a company I know nothing about or their unwillingness to send me information on them to review first before making any decisions.
