Initially an automated message stating it was my final chance to lower my interest rate on my credit card and directed to hit one to speak to a representative. I hit one and was connected with a call center, a female by the name of "Kate Nelson" who was clearly Indian said she was with Card Services.

After about 30 seconds it was clear they were not a representative from one of my credit card companies. "Kate" continuously said she could lower my interest rates to 6% thru help of a Financial Advisor, and asking for my credit card number of highest balance card. I asked for further info. on the company and for a phone number to call them back at, and she said their based in Orlando, FL and the number was the one on my caller ID. Knowing it was a scam, I googled "Credit Card Services" and the third result was SCAM! I told her this and she hung up on me.

The phone number on my caller ID is 702-705-5251. However, this is clearly a "spoofed" number it rings busy every try.

It was a pre-recorded message that claimed to be from "account services" or some such offering to lower my credit card interest rates. Suspiciously, they did not identify what their supposed company name was, what bank, what credit card company, or any other information. I was told to press 1 to continue or 2 to be removed from their list.

Debt relief services. They have requested sensitive information, like credit card information, but will not reveal their full identity.

A pre-recorded message from "my credit card company" stating nothing was wrong, but they needed to speak to me urgently. I pressed 1 to talk to an operator, asked who they were and asked to be removed from their list. They told me that they don't remove people from their list and hung-up.

When I tried to dial the number back, I only get a busy signal. They said that they were from "Credit Card Services" and could lower my interest rate to 6.99%
