Although it is a domestic area code 702, Be aware of Russian hackers.
After they called me, the NFC on my phone got enabled.

When you call back a message is played offering several options all of which disconnect your call. I have never talked to anyone from whatever BS company this is.
I just received a call from this number and she advised me she would be cancelling my services and even provided me with a cancellation number. She was extremely rude and I asked her a number of times where she was calling from ... she, of course, ignored me each time I asked. When you call the number back you get a recording - when I pressed 1 for customer service I was disconnected ... scam scam scam
They first called my cell phone then called my work phone. Said they are from "cable services" and said they could provide cheap cable and internet through Cox and then asked me for my address. I just signed up for cable and internet with Centurylink so yesterday so I'm assuming I must've popped up on their radar somehow.
