Call multiple times a day,,have clicked #2 to be removed from calling list several times. They just called again so I hit #1 to speak with someone and told them I do not have student loans and the fact I NEVER WENT TO COLLEGE!. Funny how when they call there is no message left and when I call them there is only an automated system and right after I hang up,,,,,they call back!!!

Called this morning at 12:57 a.m. but did not leave a message.

Called at 4AM!!!!!!!! and woke everyone up in my home. Student loan forgiveness was the message. They called earlier in the day and I pressed 1 to be connected. Once a live person came on the phone and I asked please remove...I was immediately hung up on. Maybe this why there called at 4am? I know they need to be reported completely ridiculous at that time at night...

They called my husband's cellphone at 12:55AM (central daylight time) he answered and they hung up. Ridiculous that they would call so late.
