Got same call... IRS going to file a lawsuit against me... called on my cell. Did not return call. IRS will use USPS to deliver correspondence not call you on phone. AARP had an article in their magazine either last month or month before to keep an eye out for these calls since it is coming up on tax season.

Got the call from this number with a recorded message, saying that the IRS is suing me. They said this is a "Final Notice," I sure hope so; they called me yesterday twice from a different number with the same recording.
While I was typing this, they called me again from this number! So annoying!!!!
