VM received saying they are from the IRS.

Left a VM with a computer voice saying: "This is a call to notify you that the IRS has issued an arrest warrant against you. You and your physical property are being monitored. You should contact me as soon as possible. My direct call back number is 540-395-3786."

Got this call too. Same as the poster above. Saying that they are the IRS and my property is being monitored and there's a warrant for arrest. Don't call them back or fall for the scam!
