I live in the Las Vegas area and I'm dealing with the same thing I had a personal trainer at golds and this guy who works at swift keeps calling me by the name of Gino Valentino and I've been paying them every month. He says if I don't pay they could take me to court because I didn't physically cancel my contract so I'm being sued by golds for breach of contract. Someone help me , should I continue to pay or is swift funds shady.?

Swift funds handles accounts for golds gym,. which is a collection company for golds gym I was dealing with Kris Taylor she was very nice and didnt let this go on my credit, golds gym however is a shady company so I wouldnt blame swift financial for that, i was just thankful they worked with me and didnt let it go on my credit

DO NOT PAY SWIFT FUNDS. They are a crooked company. I paid golds in full for my membership and have all paper work showing the account paid in full and cancelled. Golds refuses to tell swift and swift refuses to acknowledge any paper work sent or refuse to send any either. The company is crooked. I am trying to find every address they use and take this whole thing to an attorney monday for violation of fdcpa and file a lawsuit against golds for not only using swift but also forging my signature on another contract that I never approved of. Anyone reading this do not give swift your credit card info. It wont work into your favor.

I just gat a call from a lady by the name of christ she was so nasty on the phone i had to terminate the call i request stop all communications at this time and said she will continued calling me for ever. This company dosent have a business license do not ever pay this company....REPORT THEM TO BBB AND FTC

DO NOT TRUST THIS NUMBER!!! This Dulles, VA phone number will connect you to "Swift Funds Financial Services": collections for Gold's Gym (Sports Arena branch in San Diego, CA). I thought they were very fishy for a number a reasons: 1. they have no visible web site and there is no records of their business, (although there are similar named legitimate companies) 2. I never received any written information about collecting the overdue membership fines, only ominous, threatening calls, 3. I was transferred to a collector in Las Vegas, NV (1-888-479-4384) and when I asked what their business license number was, "Steven" stated that that was a private tax ID number and that he didn't have to give it to me. When he called back the next day to negotiate a payoff amount, he gave me an address to mail the check to which was 2375 E Tropicana ave Las Vegas, NV 89119. If you Google that address it turns out to be a "Pony Express Mail Service" in a strip mall. How does a legitimate company collect money across state lines and not have a business license? I think it would be a huge mistake to trust these mean jerks!
