Number called and no voicemail was left. When I called back, there was an automated greeting telling me to hold on to transfer to a rep. I just disconnected then since most legitimate calls will let you know what it is in reference to.

They called me with a final attempt to inform me of a formal complaint?! I have no criminal record, have been a federal employee with an excellent service record and own a small business. I was irritated and almost called back then I figured it was a scam... what a bunch of BS
