Same male has called twice in last week. States that the call is for my Wife and asks that she call him back. Will not reveal why or who he represents.
I told him 'no way she will call back' if no info provided.

Identity was identified as "N.C.C.", a bill collection company. I asked what bill I owed (since all the people listed in this thread are all from Virginia and I am not. My cell number was looked-up by them and was unfound. They claim that they are going to put a manager on the case and have my number "blocked" from receiving calls every few days...
