A collection agency, I think they're legit

Collection agency of sorts but they're not leaving a voicemail

Looks to be one of the many numbers of Nationwide Credit Corporation

Received call 11 am. I did not answer and no message was left.

Called on behalf of City of Virginia Beach and claimed to be affiliated with Nationwide. Asked me to verify the last 4 digits of my Social Security number to make sure they were "speaking with the right person" (after they called me and asked for me by my own name) This is 100% a scam

oh and all I did was call the city of Virginia beach to find out what was going on. They said ncc is a legitimate company. I'm in the Murray so don't have to pay property taxes so they took care of it. But if you get a phone call from this numbering is actually a creditor.

It's actually not a scam. I got a letter from them after I cursed them out in the phone and it's actually legit. It's a collections agency for the city of Virginia beach trying to collect property taxes from 2014

They called. Had my name, said they were calling from the City of Virginia Beach and wanted me to verify the last four of my social. I said "nope, I'm not doing that" and the guy said, "oh, okay." and hung up. Not legit.

They called saying they are ncc? They wanted to verified it was me and I was supposed to give them my last four of my ssn!!!! I'm smart enough to know it was a scam!
