I am currently dealing with my own court case and was bothered by this caller with incompetent English.She left a very low toned message on my cell phone saying that there was a lawsuit filed against me by a "Aris"officer and that if I delayed calling back it can quickly dismantle to a legal persecution on my name.Not only is this annoying,but disruptive of time.I listened to her message repeatedly just to make it out.I thought it may have to do with my court case because I live in Arizona.So I thought her "Aris"officer was a shortening of Arizona.However it sounds phony as no legal document I have ever heard would use "dismantle to legal persecution".All that said,I have plenty (real)things to be concerning my time with so whomever is doing this needs to stop being such an ass and get a life.

Just received a call saying they were sending the sheriffs department to my house to arrest me - total scam

I got a call from this # @ 4 pm MT today...could barely understand woman talking...but sure sounds like a scam to me. Said not to ignore call that it was real important to call them back.

I received this call too. Unfortunately ripped me off completely. Essentially held me hostage for 6 hours until I poneyed up the $$. Sickening.
