It was a voice recording saying my Emergency Alert System was ready for delivery and already paid for including postage. It was only when I tried to interrupt the caller that I realized it was a recording. At the end it says to press one for confirmation of delivery or 5 to decline. I hung up instead.

The call indicated that they wanted to schedule delivery of a medical alert system like the "Fallen and I can't get up" type system and that is was already paid for by yourself, a friend or a relative who has fallen.
