This is not Navient it may be a sub contractor being used to hide Navients illegal activities or some other type of fraud DANGER DO NOT ANSWER!! buy a burner phone and text them this question DID YOU BOMB TODAY

Got a call today, the person only said dept of education on the call. Very tricky and asked me to give me the last four digits of my social. I declined - asked the person why he is calling me and why do I need to verify me. The person got a little off and gave some sort of incorrect address. I said there was not my address and the person hung up.

Called them back several times, call handed off to call center in India (F'in Typical- Bring back the Jobs TRUMP!) told them nobody here has loans, had the number for a long time and to stop calling me. Said it would take several days to remove from their list, told them I could fly there and kick there ass in less time... calls still continue...

Calls me several times a day. Answered last night & refused to tell who they wanted but wanted me to give name & ss#. Refused to do so & again asked who they wanted & he said number randomly pops up. I said I am randomly hanging up. Has already called this morning at 0805.

This is a collection agency for a school loan. They call five or ten times a day. Very irritating even after you talk to them they will call you back again over and over. This can't be legal.

They keep calling frequently, 12 calls within 24 hours. The caller id number is fake so you can't even call back to complain. Finally I picked up and told them to stop calling. A man with a heavy South Asian accent asked for a person named Youssouf, I told him there was no one here and to quit harassing us. Hope this did they trick. Very, very annoying.

This is Sally Mae they call from many different numbers trying to get someone to answer the phone. But they refuse to leave a message on the answering machine
