I could hardly understand what any of those people were saying, so I never got a name. But they did tell me that I owed money because I took out some "loan." I'm 19 years old. I don't even know how to take out a loan. He told me I would be doing "Jail Time" and that he was recording everything I say so he can take me to the "courts" because there is now a warrant out for my arrest. At first he really had me freaked out. But I talked to a lot of people and actually looked up the number online, and its a bunch of crap. But now I need to figure out how to protect myself from potential fraud because they had my social security number and my address and license plate number, my drivers license number...pretty much everything about me...they knew...and i never even gave it.... :/

claims to file criminal charges unless certain fees and penalties are paid. will also call people previously used as a contact reference and threaten criminal investigation.
