There was a recorded message saying how often there's a break-in in the US or something like that, and offering to put a free system in my house in exchange for allowing them to put a sign in my yard...I think...

I was asked to put a sign in my yard about the FBI's increased risk assessment and they would put a GE security system in my house at no cost to me(unit and installation I bet, didn't mention monthly charges). For more info hit 2 to be placed on the do not call list press 9... I hit 9...
