A recorded call from "Cardmember Services" claimed this was my "final notice" to get my credit card interest rates lowered. I pressed 1 to speak to someone, who immediately hung up on me when I asked to be placed on their "Do Not Call" list.

'reduce your credit card rates' 'second notice'. Press 1 to talk with a representative. I asked for a supervisor three times, was cut off three times, then called 'what a bitch' and he hung up, only to have them call right back, again asked for a supervisor 'let me transfer you' and they hung up. I'm SICK of these people!!!
