This phone call features a recorded voice message that attempts to sell a lower credit card interest rate. As the call was put forward, a large portion of the recorded message became garbled. Hence, for section 6 of this form (Advertiser Information) the introductory name of Rachel is heard clearly but the representative business name is garbled.

What they want to do is transfer credit card balances to an allegedly" low interest account. Of course, what they will do is claim they did not receive a payment, then raise the low rates. GE Capital does this scam.

Why not elicit the help of the NSA, and have them listen for the key phrase "this is important information about your credit card account".
The five calls in this report, are not the only ones I have gotten from them on my cell. In fact, it has gotten so bad, I will no longer answer my cell phone if there is no name associated with the number. I have gotten at least 50 calls from them on my cell, and over 200 on my home number.

Frankly, I find it hard to believe that the Federal Government, with ALL the technology available, including the NSA can't put a stop to this. Or, is it just not important enough?
