Yet another call about our credit fees masking as information. I asked the girl for their phone number and was told that they don't have one. I asked them to delete our number and was told they can't. I said I was going to complain again to the BBB and was told "go right ahead" and she hung up. Whatever happened to these telemarketers being required to take one's number of their list either by pushing "3" or at least when requested to? Please make it stop! No one in this household even carries a credit card balance. Why are they able to continue these harassing phone calls? If they won't release their name/number what can we do? The phone number I got from CID says the call was phone a cell phone in NC.
I haven't kept a log of the call dates/times but have filled out a complaint here before a month or so ago (and maybe even 1 more - can't remember).
