they were promoting a fire alarm system. I kept telling them I could get the service cheaper at ADT, and they became perturbed when I refused to tell them how much ADT was charging for the service.

Some times it's a dead sound. Other times (selling alarm systems) sometimes our caller ID says Mooresville, NC, other times it just gives a phone number. But, it's the same business calling.

No message. I picked up when the phone rang. The other end hung up. I called back using the caller ID. It was an advertisement for a free home security system. The options were press 1 for more information, 2 to be placed on the do-not-call list. The first time I called back, I selected two. The second time I called back in an attempt to leave a message. It said all agents are busy, and the voicemailbox was full.
