CALLER ID'D THEMSELF AS WORKING FOR AMERICAN DISABLED VETERANS. WANTED TO SEND ME A PACKET TO PICK UP A PAYMENT. WHEN I IDENTIFIED WITH MYSELF AS WORKING FOR VETERANS EMPLOYMENT SERVICE, AND SAID I WAS NOT FAMILIAR WITH THE ORGANIZATION, AND NEEDED TO RESEARCH, HE HUNG UP.
