Mr. Rodriguez is calling for Round Point Mtg a servicing company for the bank that mtg my home. I have no done any business with them since 2008. Servicing companies have switched several times throughout the mtg lawsuit. I have Pomerantz & assoc. representing me. They are aware of this. I have told them to either mail the correspondence or contact my attorneys on file. They are trying to offer modification. I am not interested in any of their services and would like them to stop calling me to collect or offer any services.
