They have called over and over today. Finally did a call back and they said that they would remove my number from the list. I still added them to my blocked numbers.

they called me and wanted me to pay a bill today that was not due for over two weeks. don't understand. i gave them my ssi i hope they were really credit one bank

In the past 13 days this number (704-496-5354) has called me OVER 50 times. I finally called it back and it was "Credit One" in which I just hung up. I attempted to find a contact email for Credit One to send pictures of my missed call log and there is nothing. I will be cancelling my accounts with them because this ridiculous.

Credit One Bank regarding payment that was one day late. Called every hour!

The call me continously. I've blocked them on my cell. I don't even have a payment due yet. They're relentless.

They said it's Credit One Bank, however, I do not owe a balance or over my credit limit. Regardless, they were calling me several times a day, about every 30 minutes. When I did talk to them, they wanted to verify my account and asked me for my full credit card #. Obviously, I refused and was then asked to give my full social security number for verification. LOL!!!!!! You have to be an idiot to give that information out. Of course when I called them out on this, they started to get forceful with me and demanding. It's a total scam!!!!! Do not speak with these people. ALWAYS use the toll free number on the back of your card and call Credit One directly. When I did, Credit One canceled my card and is sending me out a new one.

They have been calling me as well,. I have checked and my bills aren't even due yet. The last time they called they wanted me to pay more than what was actually due.

These people harass me multiple, multiple times daily at both my home and on my cell phone---they have absolutely no business professionalism or ethics. They allowed people to access two of my credit cards with them...this is back in April-May and I STILL am unable to use those cards because they have allowed this person in CA to hack my accts, change the password, and add users to my account---AND have new cards sent to the HACKERS! I have written called, even filed with BBB and they do NOT grant me access to my own accounts. One of them is paid only because that was set up on automatic payment before the hacks were revealed. I spent about an hour on the phone with the only one (1) person whom I have spoken to who understood English as a first language. They promise to fix this---but they have not. I asked the one decent person back in August on our lengthy phone call where she would send me new cards and then I would be able to access my accounts. I got the cards and their site STILL will not allow me to access my account. The woman told me in August that I was NOT behind on any payments. I am SICK to death of this ineptitude and the CONTINUAL harassment...never a message! Never a letter! Never an email! I have spent HOURS on the phone with non-English speakers who waste my time promising to fix the issues and then they do NOTHING!

I don't answer calls that are unknown. I block any calls I get that leave no message. You are considered SPAM.
