They call and leave a mesaage about pressing 9 to be put on a do not call list, but it's on a voicemail so they just call again with a different numver that is 2 digits off from their previous one instead. Robocaller

Called my cell phone, I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. Attempted to call back but the number was not in service. Blocked.

I got 2 calls consecutively, didn't even hear a break in between. They didn't leave a message. I didn't answer, but the 2nd one woke me up. The iPhone's DND setting lets a call through if they call twice in a row. I guess these callers know that because this has happened before, always when I'm not quite awake yet. Then a few hours later I got another call from 704-550-3337. Too much of a coincidence, just 2 digits off. I still didn't answer.
