Yes, they called and would not say who they were and why they were calling. They kept asking if I was so and so and I kept asking who they were. Eventually I hung up. Not sure why they are calling. I have no debit with my doctor that is not set up on a payment plan

They called stating it was a debt collection service for my doctor but wanted a payment over the phone claiming they mailed bills to me which I have never received. I then asked them to give me a website in order to pay it there instead and so that I could see that their said info. on the debt collection from my doctor. The website did not work so I called them back and they knew nothing of how to work the website and kept asking me to make a payment by phone instead since the website they were giving was not working. They asked for my checking account info. or my card info. which I refused to give them so she told me to have a nice day and hung up on me. If this company is real, "First Financial Asset Management," then I would be stunned as this seemed like a total scam.
