I have been receiving harassing phone calls from two numbers claiming to be bill collectors for a payday loan taken out over 8 years ago. They are demanding money saying criminal action will be taken out against me if I don’t pay. This is a scam. I don’t owe any loans, and I told them I filed chapter 7 bankruptcy. The have called repeatedly and left harassing messages. They know all of my personal information and I am afraid my identification has been stolen. The numbers they are calling from are 704-612-5288 and 252-558-1548. When I google both numbers a lot of people are complaining about the same thing. They hang up when you ask the address or name of the company, but one person said they go by RG Financial. I am afraid because the person recited my address, who I purchased my home from and the attorney that I used to file bankruptcy. They also had my social.
