I had a call today from a lady stating that my file had been given to her regarding a legal claim against me and that i needed to call back immediately to avoid any action. I had a call from a different number 704-228-0513 a few months ago in the same area stating the same thing and when i called i was told I had unpaid cash advances and would be arrested for bank fraud from 2008. I spoke to the attorney general about the first call and they stated do not call the people back. If you cannot get anything in writing or they will not give an address to send payment or offer to send you something in writing, then it is a scam. They also called my sister and threatened legal action against me to her. They have my full social security number and address. BE CAREFUL.

Same # call me from a Betty Love and she is threatening to find my home and job. then she said call another number 704-612-5232

Originally got a call from another number saying the same thing. I asked for paperwork to be mailed to me and they said they couldn't. Now getting a call from this number threatening the same thing.
