This company has called everyone in my family trying to scare me into paying them money. I do not nor have I owed anyone money. I have filed a complaint with the FTC and the BBB. I also gave the number to my x-husband who is a police officer. I has give the number to their investigations department. The number they called from is continually changing but it has come in from 385-881-0839 numerous times.

Richard Gordon owner of RG Financial, no contact posted on his website which appears to be a creation from a kid. Nothing about this company can be traced to this individual. They all work for this Ghost Company which switches phone numbers looks like every 30 days.

There are 13 companies that have an address matching 5373 Riverdale Road College Park, GA 30349.

I received a call from phone number 704-612-5305 this person said his name was Donnie Bell regarding the same issues. I just hung up and blocked the number.

They have called for years with different numbers. Now they no longer have the guys from Islamic countries get on the phone and instead use a recording saying you are in trouble unless you push #1 to talk to a rep who will drain your bank account. Why aren't all their number closed down and some of them found to get put in jail?

I started to get harassing phone calls from this "company" last week. They were calling from 475-209-7761 and today I got a call from 302-415-3984 (which if you look it up is a cell phone number). I have spoken with them on 3 separate occasions. I tried researching the company. There is no website, they are not registered with the BBB and the FTC. They claim I took out a payday loan in 2009. They gave an address (which I had lived at at one time) that I did not live at at the time they say the loan was taken out. They could not confirm the original loan information and amount. I had taken a few pay day loans out before, years before at company's with storefronts but all had been taken care of. I asked for communication from them and they did not respond though they say they did. I asked for something in the mail and the guy said they don't mail things (ANY Legit debt collector will mail you something when requested). I asked for an email address when they called for the second time and the lady asked me to hold and proceeded to put me on hold for 15 minutes. I have repeatedly told them that I don't remember taking out this loan and I don't believe it was me. The guy today would not give me the "civil case number" or their website or business information. I told him when you send me something in writing I will look into it further, however at this time, I do not believe this was something I had done. He said he would email me the information and that I had 24 hours to respond, I responded with this has been happening for two weeks and you are still threatening me with arrest. I then hung up. I have blocked both numbers, reported them to the BBB and the FTC. Scammers, and not a real company. DO NOT give them any money!

I received a call saying she was from Access Processing. They were getting ready to file a civil suite and if they needed to speak with me before they put it on their court calendar. They were filing against me breach of contract and Attempt to defraud a financial institution. The incoming call came from 704-612-5305 and she wanted me to return a call to phone number 475-209-7761

These people called me this morning stating that they are representing "Retrieval Mediations" and I need to take care of a bad debt balance owed. Richard Cannon and Meagan were the "persons" who were on the call. I am going to have this reported also to the BBB.

This is a scam, they have many numbers they call from. If you do get a call and answer it, by chance, tell them what they are doing is illegal, and threaten to record this and turn in to your county prosecuter.
